Euro 2012 Qualifying Groups
Group A: Germany, Turkey, Austria, Belgium, Kazakhstan, AzerbaijanGroup B: Russia, Slovakia, Republic of Ireland, Macedonia, Armenia, Andorra
Group C: Italy, Serbia, Northern Ireland, Slovenia, Estonia, Faroe Islands
Group D: France, Romania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Belarus, Albania, Luxembourg
Group E: Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, Moldova, San Marino
Group F: Croatia, Greece, Israel, Latvia, Georgia, Malta
Group G: England, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Wales, Montenegro
Group H: Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Cyprus, Iceland
Group I: Spain, Czech Republic, Scotland, Lithuania, Liechtenstein
There are a total of nine groups. Six of these groups has six teams (each pot 1 to 6 above the bottom), the other three groups consisted of five teams (each pot is 1 to 5 below). At the end of qualifying, the team at the top of each group will qualify automatically. Both with the most points in a game against the first, third, fourth and fifth ranked teams will qualify as well. Eight other teams will play the second place play-off with two feet must be eligible to participate in the tournament final.
